At Colegio Peruano Británico, we encourage our students to develop their empathy and kindness to make meaningful connections with the communities around them, so they can discover how they want to contribute to the world.
Through trips and social outreach to our communities in Lima, our students learn to understand different social environments and to consider ways they can be helpful. IB students particularly focus on this as a component of the IB curriculum. By applying their skills in the real world, they’re also making more informed choices on their university and potential career paths.
Additionally, as part of our international culture, our students learn to research, analyse, and debate current and global impact issues in our course, ‘Global Politics and Citizenship’. In this way, our students learn how to make a difference not only locally, but also globally.
